Halfway through the Pete Doherty book and have the Dylan and Stuart Braithwaite audibles lined up. I haven’t been able to give U2 my ears in nearly 20 years but they were a big deal for me up until Rattle and Hum
Sometimes we don’t need to revisit the music at all and can still have fond memories eh. In this case I was surprised how moved I was by the simple, wholesome sentiment of some of the U2 songs I thought I couldn’t stand. That’s me softening with age. As we should all hope to do of course :)
