I watched “There’s Something Wrong With Aunt Diane” about the Taconic State Parkway crash...and I was surprised by how graphic it was for an HBO doco. I think it’s fairly old so I have nobody to talk to about it which is annoying. Docos are no fun if you can’t debrief afterwards.
It's been a great idea so far, and everyone takes a turn and whether you've seen it or not you just take turns and enjoy the selection based on its merits and who chose it. It's cool.
YouTube and Tubi do me fine - Kanopy has some great old docs. Amazon Prime has some curios too. But I’d say Tubi for great Trash. I’m lucky to have Aro Video near my doorstep and still operating so their cult section is a total delight

I love the idea of a monthly classic film night - think I might adopt that one for our whanau :)
