I’m often asked why I bother to go to the show if I don’t like the band. Two words: Bon Iver – or is it really one? “Bonnnyveer”. I loathed the second album – didn’t much like the first one either, hated that disappear-off-to-a-cabin backstory. I don’t care for the whiney songs, the dribbly voice – it means nothing to me.
