R.I.P. Pharoah Sanders

Pharaoh Sanders has died. He was 81.  Most recently he collaborated with Floating Points and the London Symphony for the exquisite Promises. This was one of my most played records last year and I’m sure it introduced a lot of people to the name Pharoah Sanders.
