Poem: We Crawl

We crawled out of the sea, learned to walk upright, light fires, fight fires,

made wheels and turned tricks into tracks, and built roads, followed pathways and it

was all so that we would be able to say, “I should have capacity sometime near

the end of this week”. When we crawl back to the sea, rising levels and higher
