The thing

with most music is

it takes time. You have

to be ready. Time to

listen. Time to digest. Time

to decide. Perhaps, at the age

of 15, you are not ready

for Jimi Hendrix, or Janis Joplin

or The Velvet Underground; even though

you might have read somewhere that you

should be listening to things like

this. Perhaps, instead, you’re following the

charts. Or maybe…
