Poem: Tailoring

There were lots of poems that never made it but I can’t think about that.

Have to stay focussed on the ones that do – that arrive here now

most days, whether brand new and on the spot, or driven by some desire to

unpick nostalgia, and then – of course – embroider it anew. Cut cloth to suit.
