Poem: Opacity

you have strange dreams

or so you say

can hear you loud and

clear, am only saying

or so you say

to increase the

tension and suspension

of dis- belief.

My relief comes

quick; I slip

from sleep to

quickly wake and

take time in explaining

that I had

the most boring

dream. In it, you were telling me, you

had strange dreams. That

was it. Just

as this is now.
