Poem: No Gloomy Sunday
a Billie Holiday song sings for my heart
a Todd Solondz film plays for my soul
the pages of David Sedaris flick through my mind
the coffee’s going cold my love is warm, the
weather is irrelevant and I’ll climb over imposter syndrome
start another week in hope, with hype, at the very least
surround myself with good people and great art
