Poem: Malodour

The eventual stench of this world was something that started in earnest long ago but we caught up so quick and lapped ourselves like it was our greatest trick –

imagine being that proud of your collective undoing; doing far too much, making so much mess, ignoring any of the signs that could just too easily be deemed bad for business. How stink.
