Poem: Happy Daze
The beginning of the end was right there in the middle
but we’ve been soldiering on ever since.
We’ll keep going as time runs quicker, runs out eventually.
We’ll blame anyone, anything and then everything else.
The beginning of the end started long ago, and will
wrap up quicker than any of us could ever know.
