anger without effort enthusiasm calls in sick a new day is just extra anxiety today, the slowest of crawls until tomorrow, which likely cannot help

I know you care, but you thinking I don’t means you can’t help at least as much as you think I can’t be helped

the blanket might feel heavy but there’s something safe about this home
