Poem: An Honest Attempt At A Winter Blues

It’s a cold winter coming, in fact it’s already here – if anything it seems to have snuck up on us this year. But I’m saying this with the heating on – and though there’s an extra blanket needed for the bed it happens to be a very small walk to the cupboard where that extra blanket lives the rest of the time– dry, folded, ready.
