Playlist: Sunday Synth Fest

A playlist of synths and soundtracks and "Sunday Night Horrors" vibes...

From time to time I like to make and share playlists. This one has ‘Sunday’ in the title, but it’s for any day of the week really. I was listening to Tangerine Dream (as I often do) and it started there, the idea for a synth-session, but I straight away started thinking of the “Sunday Night Horrors” that ran in New Zealand through the 1980s. And how that was my intro to classic movies and camp movies and therefore to classic movie scores, and er, camp movie scores…
Certainly it’s where and how I first got hooked on synths. So, with that in mind, I made this:
