From time to time I like to make, and share, playlists. Last night we had a YouTube session playing favourite oldies — well it started with Jonathan Richman, and discussion of how he is constantly rewriting the 50s doo-wop and rock’n’roll classics he was raised on…
Anyway, that turned to this playlist — which was also sparked by just how great Remember Walking In The Sand is. What a monumental song, eh. So it’s things in that flavour and of that era — with a Richman gem that fits the vibe too.
I reckon there’s plenty here for all to enjoy. And maybe it will hold (and make) different memories for you to remember…
