The APRA Silver Scroll awards were held at Auckland’s Vector Arena. An annual event to determine “the best” song of the year, the APRA Silver Scrolls have often been afforded more kudos than that other mob that hand out the annual Auckland Music Industry Awards in and around terrible comedians squeezing jokes in between curses, cussing and belching.
